We offer free parking for all our clients at the salon. You can conveniently park your vehicle and enjoy your beauty treatments without any hassle.
If you are getting lashes done, please ensure your lashes are clean and free of leftover glue or oils. Extensions will not stick properly if your lashes are not clean.
We do not refill lashes from other salons. Please book a full set if you had your lashes done elsewhere.
We do not offer acrylic nails, nor do we refill or remove them.
If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to cancel it, and your deposit will be non-refundable.
If you do not show up for one or more appointments, we will require full payment for any future bookings. This policy ensures fairness to our staff.
For health and safety reasons, children are not allowed in the salon unless they have an appointment with us. Our salon can get very busy, and we appreciate your understanding.
